Mateo Neighbors is an Analyst at AVAT, where he supports the firm’s executive team across strategic initiatives, financial analysis, and operational workflows. 

Since joining AVAT in December 2025, Mateo has contributed to building internal dashboards and automation tools to streamline information flow, supported investor communications, and assisted with a range of cross-functional initiatives across the business. He works closely with senior leadership to help drive day-to-day execution and enhance operational efficiency across the organization. 

Mateo received a B.A. in Government from Wesleyan University.
