
Kate Ruberti is Head of Marketing at AVAT, where she leads the firm's global brand, communications, and institutional marketing strategy. She is responsible for shaping the firm's narrative, strengthening its institutional market presence, and driving strategic communications, executive visibility, and thought leadership initiatives across key stakeholders.
Prior to joining AVAT in April 2026, Kate led social and digital marketing initiatives at FalconX, a leading institutional digital asset prime brokerage. There, she developed and executed firmwide and executive communications strategies across earned, owned, and paid channels, helping strengthen the firm's positioning within the institutional digital asset ecosystem. Her work supported strategic partnerships, acquisitions, product launches, and other key enterprise initiatives, contributing to the firm's growth and visibility among institutional market participants.
Earlier in her career, she worked across financial services marketing and communications agencies, including roles at Prosek Partners and Edelman Smithfield, where she supported clients across digital assets, asset management, banking, capital markets, and private equity.
Kate received a M.S. in Integrated Marketing from New York University and a B.A. in Strategic Communications from Elon University.
